We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives across our Hutong Brand in the U.S.. This role is vital in ensuring our marketing plans move from concept to reality: on time, on brand, and with impact. The Marketing Manager will take the lead in managing timelines, coordinating internal and external teams, optimizing third-party partnerships, and ensuring our marketing efforts directly drive traffic and bookings. This person is a doer, a problem-solver, and a detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position requires occasional attendance at events and activations outside of standard business hours, and may include responsibilities beyond those listed, reflecting the dynamic nature of our growing team and evolving initiatives. While the primary focus of this position is the Hutong brand, the role is part of the broader Aqua Restaurant Group U.S. marketing team. Occasional collaboration and support across other venues may be required to ensure cohesive execution and shared success across the group.
Job Responsibility
Execute U.S. marketing plans developed in tandem with the Director of Marketing, ensuring timely delivery across all initiatives
Drive campaign timelines, track milestones, and hold all internal and external collaborators accountable
Maintain project organization and keep activations - big and small - moving efficiently
Work closely with the operations and reservations teams to ensure initiatives directly support cover counts, private event bookings, and guest conversion
Manage PR, Creative and Ad agencies
Own the performance and execution of third-party marketing platforms (e.g., Blackbird, Bilt, RESY, Uber Eats…), ensuring campaigns are fully optimized and integrated
Manage influencer partnerships and content creator visits in coordination with PR and operations teams: aligning on content capture, coverage, and audience fit
Support earned media opportunities by working alongside our PR agency, providing key messaging, visual assets, and event coordination where needed
Identify and manage brand-aligned partnerships (e.g., retail, luxury, cultural institutions, or events) that amplify visibility and drive guest traffic
Ensure strong follow-through and reporting for all external collaborations, with a focus on ROI and long-term relationship building
Manage and implement the social media calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content that aligns with brand tone and business goals
Coordinate with creative vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) for asset production
Create Email Blasts, Text Blasts and other communications either in-house with templates, or with global designers
Manage all website updates, making sure the website remains accurate and aesthetic
Track performance data (clicks, conversions, bookings) to help optimize content and cadence
Maintain on-site branding and touchpoints across all U.S. venues - menus, signage, table cards, activations, etc
Coordinate execution of on-premise promotions and experiential moments that enhance guest engagement
Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all physical spaces
Support private event marketing materials and guest-facing sales tools
Assist in developing event themes, programming, and marketing pushes
Coordinate logistics across internal teams and external partners
Manage invites, asset needs, and on-site execution
Explore and secure third-party collaborations to expand audience reach
Requirements
4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant groups, or luxury lifestyle
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
Able to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
Comfortable managing vendors, timelines, and communications across multiple teams and locations
Digitally fluent with strong instincts for guest behavior, social media, and conversion tactics
Collaborative, resourceful, and energized by a fast-paced environment with high standards
