A leading, fast-growing hospitality management group is seeking a Remote Marketing Manager based in New York City to support a diverse and expanding portfolio of restaurant and lifestyle-driven concepts across the United States. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth for multiple markets, while partnering closely with corporate leadership and on-site teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands in U.S. markets
Collaborate with operations, chefs, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, website updates, paid campaigns, and promotions
Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and messaging across all platforms
Manage agencies, influencers, photographers, and marketing vendors across various regions
Support new openings, special events, seasonal promotions, and ongoing initiatives
Track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience in hospitality
Proven success managing marketing across multiple locations or regions
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and brand storytelling
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment
NYC-based with the ability to travel occasionally
