Reporting to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the marketing team. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth, client acquisition, engagement and retention through elevated, targeted and insight-led marketing activity across a blend of traditional and digital channels. The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are commercially effective, on-brand and delivered to the highest standard.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned to wider business objectives
Contribute to budgeting, performance tracking and campaign evaluation
Use data and insights to inform recommendations and continuous improvement
Manage and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, advertising and web
Coordinate and lead a team of marketing executives to deliver high-quality, on-brand activity
Utilise HubSpot to deliver effective client segmentation, personalisation and targeting
Support the Senior Marketing Operations Manager with workflow creation and optimisation
Manage the full marketing channel mix, ensuring the right balance between brand-building and sales activation
Oversee content output to ensure it is accurate, elevated, on-brand and strategically aligned
Maintain a clear view of channel performance and optimisation opportunities
Work closely with the Product team to integrate supplier marketing into Elegant Resorts campaigns
Ensure activity delivers mutual ROI against agreed objectives and timelines
Ensure marketing activity supports Partnerships, Trade, Chairman’s Club and Private Travel Designers
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver joined-up marketing solutions
Line manage three Marketing Executives and one Content Executive
Lead, mentor and develop the team within a collaborative, high-performing environment
Ensure departmental processes, procedures and ways of working are consistently followed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing management role, with proven line management experience
Demonstrable experience leading change and managing teams through growth or transformation
CIM qualification (Chartered Marketer or Professional Marketing)
Proven track record of delivering commercially successful campaigns with positive ROI
Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge across both online and offline channels
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Advanced HubSpot experience, including segmentation, reporting and automated workflows
Working knowledge of GA4
Experience managing complex, end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels
Highly detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills
Confident and effective communicator
Strong project management and organisational skills
Adaptable, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
