Job Description:

We are looking for a "Marketing Manager" for our global partner which operates in medical device sector.

Job Responsibility:

Translating and executing our global marketing strategy in the Turkey market by establishing effective marketing strategies, messaging and initiatives
Understanding and integration of local customer needs contributes to achievement of sales targets
Good understanding of Brand Management, development of an innovative approach to new and efficient use of existing communication channels
Implement digital-based programs and Social media marketing tools
Intensive cooperation with Sales to identify customer requirements including Best Practice Sharing Benchmarking
Planning and organization of the trainings and master classes in cooperation with Education Specialists as well as participation in congresses and exhibitions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Professional experience of 8+ years in product or marketing management ideally in an international medical device company, team management preferred
Very good understanding of brand management and digital marketing
Experienced in the use of the MS Office Programs, as well as a high affinity for IT systems
Entrepreneurial personality with "hands-on" mentality
Excellent communication skills, high commitment and team-oriented mindset
Very good written and spoken Turkish and English skills
Hands-on sales management experience of advantage and willingness to travel
