Job Responsibility:
Delivering multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, and earned) and managing budgets to drive awareness and ticket sales
Capturing the energy of live events for social channels (Reels, TikTok) and managing creative workflows to keep the 'hype' alive
Owning influencer and ambassador programs, managing PR agencies, and activating grassroots partnerships with local gyms and businesses
Tracking performance trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and ensure every touchpoint is optimized for conversion
Requirements:
Proven experience in event marketing, ideally within the fitness, entertainment, or mass participation sectors
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to turn analytical insights into actionable marketing strategies
Fluency in social media strategy
