We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support strategic and day-to-day marketing initiatives for a growing organization. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can balance planning and execution while contributing to brand visibility, digital outreach, and campaign performance. Job Responsibility
Plan, coordinate, and launch marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business growth objectives
Manage email marketing initiatives from concept through deployment, helping drive audience engagement and lead generation
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, organize deliverables, and keep projects moving on schedule
Use digital marketing channels and campaign data to monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain project timelines and marketing workflows using collaboration and task-management tools to ensure timely execution
Support B2B marketing efforts by helping shape campaign plans that align with customer needs and company priorities
Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing materials that communicate value clearly and consistently
Handle multiple assignments at once, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with prior exposure to B2B SaaS or service-based organizations considered an advantage
Working knowledge of email campaigns, digital marketing, campaign planning, and brand-building initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with familiarity in HubSpot and Asana preferred
Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail and the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders across different departments
A self-motivated, execution-focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly in a growth-oriented environment
Understanding of B2B marketing practices and the ability to support programs that improve visibility and market engagement
