As the Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will be the internal “voice of the company.” You’ll own content, communication, and digital marketing execution – translating complex products into clear, compelling stories for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with leadership in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You’ll play a central role in shaping how the business presents itself to the market. From website copy and newsletters to product updates and sales collateral, your work will directly influence how customers understand and engage with the platform.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage a monthly company newsletter
Write and publish customer stories and case studies
Own and maintain website copy, applying SEO best practices
Draft media releases and public announcements
Act as the internal brand and messaging champion
Create and distribute product release announcements
Draft customer-facing product update emails
Maintain internal product documentation with product and engineering teams
Produce internal communication updates to align teams
Manage SEO optimisation for web and content
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns
Run basic online advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn and Facebook)
Track and report on campaign performance and engagement
Design and maintain sales collateral (brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks)
Build internal and external presentations
Create digital-first campaign and promotional assets
Coordinate communication with partner marketing teams
Ensure messaging alignment across partners and channels
Support sales and customer-facing teams with consistent, high-quality materials
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content-focused roles
Proven experience producing written content for business audiences
Experience managing digital marketing channels (email, website, social media)
