Job Responsibility:
Execute influencer onboarding and activation workflows, ensuring creators receive clear guidance, timely communication, and seamless operational support
Develop and manage activation plans, including deliverable timelines, content expectations, and performance key performance indicators aligned to marketing and retail objectives
Partner closely with Merchandising, Marketing Strategy, Retail Media, and Data Analytics to ensure alignment on category priorities and performance outcomes
Analyze influencer and campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, refine recruitment criteria, and inform strategic decision-making
Manage vendor and platform relationships to strengthen recruitment capabilities, streamline workflows, and improve activation efficiency
Create scalable program processes, including documentation, onboarding materials, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
Monitor competitive and industry trends to identify emerging influencer strategies, creator categories, and platform innovations
Ensure all influencer content and partnerships adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer-first principles
Support cross-functional presentations and reporting, including performance summaries, insights readouts, and strategic recommendations
Demonstrate curiosity and passion for consumer behavior, digital innovation, and emerging creator trends
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, or digital strategy, with a strong foundation in business strategy, consumer data, and digital performance metrics
Demonstrated expertise in influencer or content marketing, with working knowledge of affiliate marketing and the broader marketing technology ecosystem
High level of comfort with quantitative analysis, including market sizing, evaluating partnership potential, and interpreting performance key performance indicators
Proven ability to break down complex problems, build structured action plans, and execute with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent project management capabilities and a track record of delivering results against defined objectives
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, psychology, business) preferred, commensurate experience also acceptable
Nice to have:
7+ years of digital marketing experience, including market sizing, opportunity assessment, testing, and validation of emerging growth areas
Experience in a retail, omnichannel, or digital-to-storefront environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with consumer insights methodologies, including segmentation and audience research
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to drive positive return on investment results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, executive-ready materials
Advanced presentation development skills, with experience preparing decks for senior leadership
Experience working with product feeds, including troubleshooting feed-related issues
Basic understanding of profit and loss concepts and the connection between marketing activity and financial outcomes
Creative, resourceful problem solver who adapts quickly, integrates new learnings, and operates with minimal direction
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, influencer marketing tools, and retail media measurement
