Job Description:

Marketing Manager role focusing on enhancing online presence and performance of ecommerce platforms, managing multiple Shopify stores across various markets, and collaborating with Marketing Director, developers, and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day operations of ecommerce websites
Manage relationships with third-party platforms and services
Spearhead website redevelopment project
Launch new Shopify storefronts for European expansion
Collaborate with distributors and external agencies on PPC and SEO strategies
Monitor key ecommerce KPIs and leverage analytics tools
Produce regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior
Enhance onsite customer experience focusing on navigation, speed, and checkout efficiency
Implement CRO strategies through testing and iteration
Ensure cybersecurity of ecommerce sites
Develop marketplace strategies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in ecommerce with a strong focus on Shopify (ideally Shopify Plus)
Proven experience managing international or multi-site ecommerce operations
Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and analytics
Commercial awareness with a keen grasp of consumer behaviour
Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
