Job Description:

The role involves planning and strategizing marketing campaigns, handling both offline and online activities, driving digital campaigns, executing brand awareness campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry trends, generating leads, and developing strong brand identities in the Bangalore & Vizag regions.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and strategies all marketing campaigns for our projects in Bangalore & Vizag - Offline & Online
Drive campaigns across various digital channels
Execute brand awareness campaigns
Ensure all marketing content/activity is aligned with latest trends in industry
Lead generation
Develop strong brand identities to enhance market visibility.

Requirements:

Experience - 10 - 15 years (Last 5 years’ experience in Builders and Developers companies)
Candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation & leadership and presentation skills
Should have work experience in Real-estate industry (Builders & developers)
Should take care of Bangalore & Vizag market.
