Job Description:

We are a dynamic foreign-owned company with a manufacturing plant in Suzhou. Our core product is construction materials, and we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to the market. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the marketing team to develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase market share
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product positioning, and value proposition development
Organize and manage marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, trade shows, and product launches
Handle media relations, including media partnerships and public relations activities, to enhance brand visibility
Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient execution and optimal ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
An MBA is preferred
At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on market expansion and product management
Proven track record of leading a marketing team and delivering successful campaigns
Experience in the construction materials industry is highly desirable.
