The role of the Brand Communication Division is to expand our business in the sports and medical fields by directly engaging with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Through educational activities, briefings, and sampling initiatives, we aim to enhance awareness and understanding of our brands and the company. In the sports domain in particular, we build networks with sports organizations, government agencies, sports schools, coaches, athletes and sports-related physicians.Through alliances and collaborations with these stakeholders, we create new business opportunities.The Manager (Sports) leads these activities, manages the team, and collaborates with members from other departments to drive business growth
Job Responsibility:
Sports Partnerships & Athlete Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard athletes, runners, and sports influencers (KOLs)
Manage end-to-end athlete collaborations including contract finalisation, deliverables, and content tracking
Build long-term relationships with sports organisations, academies, and federations
KOL Engagement & Community Building: Identify and engage sports KOLs for content, community runs, and digital visibility
Track KOL performance, deliverables, and brand mentions
Create opportunities for community engagement through runs, sessions, and sports meetups
Sports or Dance Event Activations: Plan and execute hydration stations, expo setups, and on-ground sampling at marathons and sports events
Coordinate logistics, visibility, staffing, permissions, and vendor management
Ensure seamless execution and brand consistency across all touchpoints
Gym & Studio sports facilities, sports and dance schools Outreach: Develop a structured outreach plan for gyms, fitness studios, running groups, and sports hubs
Lead local activations, sampling programs, and tie-ups with key fitness partners
Maintain a robust database and pipeline of fitness partners
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with HOD, Sales, Medical, and Digital teams for aligned execution
Support Sales with sports-driven opportunities to strengthen distribution and visibility
Coordinate with vendors for merchandise, signage, and activation material
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for activities, sampling, athlete impact, and ROI
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify learnings and improvements
Present performance insights to management and recommend next steps
Team Management: Setting goals and evaluating team members
Building a team environment where everyone can work confidently and energetically

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or a related role—preferably within the sports, fitness, or wellness space
Strong organizational and project management skills
Exceptional communication and networking abilities, especially in the local fitness community
A proactive and creative mindset for problem-solving and campaign ideation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office
Has experience of being deeply dedicated to sports or dance with strong passion and dreams
