We are building a specialized talent pipeline for upcoming marketing initiatives within our client's Enterprise Marketing and Retail Pharmacy divisions. As a Global Healthcare Leader, our client is moving beyond traditional retail to focus on simplifying the healthcare experience. We need marketers who are "enterprise-minded" and capable of managing complex patient journeys in a highly regulated environment.
Job Responsibility:
Help execute data-driven "Next Best Action" campaigns that leverage member insights to drive health outcomes and engagement across email, SMS, and push notifications
Act as the primary lead for the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process
Ensure all marketing tactics meet corporate governance and FDA guidelines
Influence without authority in a highly matrixed organization, bridging the gap between Brand Strategy, Clinical Subject Matter Experts, and Agency Partners
Draft creative briefs that translate complex healthcare benefits into "plain language" for patients while maintaining brand integrity
Utilize modern marketing tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce, or Veeva) to track campaign performance and post-analysis measurement
Requirements:
2-7 years in Marketing, Brand Management, or Project Management within Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, PBM, or Managed Care
Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with patient privacy (HIPAA) and regulatory routing
Experience with workflow and CRM tools like Workfront, Veeva Vault/PromoMats, or Adobe Experience Cloud
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous high-stakes workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Communications, Business, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience in HCP (Healthcare Professional) or Patient Engagement marketing
Familiarity with "Test and Learn" frameworks and A/B testing in a clinical context
Prior experience at a major healthcare brand or an agency supporting pharma clients
