We are looking for a smart, driven and structured/creative Marketing Manager to support the ambitious growth targets for Italy (80% of the role) as a mature region and Turkey (20% of the role) as an expansion market. The role requires leading the local marketing efforts to reflect the growth and is located in our Milan office. The Marketing Manager role is a full time position and will require the candidate to collaborate closely with the regional Country Managers and Sales teams in Italy and Turkey, as well as Marketing Operations, Content Marketing, Design and other functions to execute on the marketing plan with the goal to drive business growth in the different regions. This role empowers you to be creative, testing new formats and engagement tactics to continuously optimize our regional presence
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute a high-performing marketing strategy that leverages local business culture to drive ambitious growth in Italy and strategic expansion in Turkey
Elevate Taboola’s regional profile by identifying and executing high-impact industry events and hosted formats across both markets
Drive local PR efforts in Italy to boost brand awareness and executive visibility
Independently localize and adapt global content assets for the Italian market
Drive customer retention and loyalty through strategic client engagement
Manage data-driven paid and organic campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
Translate marketing activities into meaningful reports using Salesforce and QlikSense
Become an expert in Taboola’s ecosystem to effectively market our full suite of solutions
Requirements:
4+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred) with experience executing campaigns that contribute to business growth
Native or high professional proficiency in Italian
High professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong operational discipline
Ability to independently manage multiple work streams and prioritize conflicting demands to deliver projects on time
Clear, concise, and effective communication style
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and professionally align expectations
Experience working in a hybrid, international structure, capable of driving initiatives autonomously while reporting to a remote manager
Understanding of sales cycles and the ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes and efficiency
