TRC is seeking a self-starter and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role involves direct client interaction, vendor management, and market research to inform campaign strategies and positioning. The Marketing Manager will plan, create, and lead the production of marketing, advertising, multimedia, and sales materials that reflect the multicultural communities that we serve. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of business-to-business and business-to-consumer related promotional materials designed to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and presentation of annual program marketing plans
Create and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies as outlined in annual marketing plans including timelines, budgets and resources
Plan and develop print and digital content for websites, email newsletters, fact sheets, case studies, social media posts, and blogs
Develop and manage print and digital advertising campaigns
Track and report on marketing tactics using tools like Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
Research characteristics of program participants and the market to develop tactics and messaging that resonate with target audiences
Mentor and delegate tasks to team members in supporting roles
Lead meetings and projects with direct client interaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience
Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive work team
Candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents
