Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple venues while supporting the Director of Marketing in the day-to-day execution of the hotel marketing plan and marketing channels.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
Collaborate closely with our Beverage and Food teams to plan and manage campaigns for products, menus, seasonal promotions and special events
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, paid advertising, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or minimum 2-3year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation
Knowledge of Food and Beverage industry trends and consumer behaviour
Creative mindset with strong brand storytelling skills
Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
