We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role will partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage campaign planning, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking
Lead content and messaging development to ensure brand consistency
Oversee website, email, social media, and paid media initiatives
Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
Mentor or oversee junior marketing team members
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or ownership capacity
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and best practices
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
