We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join a contract position based in Ohio. In this hybrid role, you will shape and deliver marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, attract prospective customers, and support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong digital marketing expertise, practical experience with HubSpot, and a proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Design and launch multi-channel marketing initiatives that increase lead flow and strengthen market presence
Oversee paid digital campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, adjusting strategy to improve reach and return on investment
Plan, publish, and refine social media content through HubSpot tools to boost audience engagement and brand consistency
Track campaign results, interpret performance metrics, and present recommendations that improve future marketing outcomes
Partner with sales and other internal stakeholders to create targeted programs that support pipeline development and customer acquisition
Maintain and update website content to ensure messaging remains current, accurate, and aligned with the brand experience
Produce marketing materials, campaign messaging, and promotional assets that reflect business priorities and audience needs
Research industry trends, platform updates, and new marketing approaches to keep campaigns effective and competitive
Provide support for additional promotional activities and special marketing projects as business needs evolve
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management or similar digital marketing role
Demonstrated success developing lead generation strategies and executing digital advertising programs
Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot CRM and related marketing or social media tools
Experience managing business-focused campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
Working knowledge of website content management and routine site updates
Strong ability to analyze marketing performance data and turn findings into actionable improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
