We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join the Tribe Marketing – Digital Products Management Chapter. This role will contribute to one of the Marketing squads, supporting the definition and execution of marketing strategies, digital journeys and go-to-market initiatives across a variety of products, services, and customer segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Digital, Commercial, and Product, ensuring alignment and consistency across campaigns and digital customer touchpoints. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, driving customer engagement, and delivering business impact through data-driven marketing actions.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop value-adding marketing opportunities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, focused on digital marketing
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement
Leverage customer insights and data to enhance marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with digital teams to optimize customer experience journeys
Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across systems and channels
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage change and contribute to customer-centric solutions
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
Awareness of digital trends and marketing technologies
Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on innovation and creativity
Strong sense of ownership, planning, and autonomy
Fluency in English and Portuguese
