Job Description:

The Marketing and Communications Manager creates and executes property-level communications to customers, promoting on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image. This role focuses on building marketing plans and campaigns to drive consumer awareness, market share, and brand awareness, with particular emphasis on Food and Beverage promotions.

Job Responsibility:

Create and execute property-level communications to customers
Promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels
Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels
Drive consumer awareness and preference
Increase market share and build brand awareness
Showcase Food and Beverage promotions
Liaise with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams
Execute annual marketing plan to budget
Manage social media engagement and content
Develop and execute PR plans
Coordinate photography and visual assets
Manage marketing collateral and signage

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major with 2 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
Experience in executing marketing plans and campaigns
Social media content management experience
Public relations experience
Digital marketing expertise

Nice to have:

Hospitality marketing experience
Digital advertising agency experience
Experience with hotel industry
Food and Beverage marketing experience
