Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic B2B marketing initiatives. This long-term contract position is based in Irvine, California, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in areas such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and online reputation management. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytics expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, and other advertising channels
  • Create engaging content and oversee its distribution to improve brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to analyze performance metrics and refine marketing tactics
  • Lead demand generation and lead nurturing activities to support new business acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Supervise the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen online reputation and employee recruitment through targeted campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation and design
  • Strong experience in CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Expertise in Google AdWords and Facebook Insights for advertising and analytics
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting performance metrics
  • Proven ability to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across teams and present marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance brand awareness and demand generation
