We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client's team based on Grand Rapids! As the North American Marketing Manager, you will spearhead integrated marketing and communication strategies. You will lead multi-channel initiatives-spanning digital communications, content creation, and product launches-to drive brand awareness and sales growth across the region.
Job Responsibility:
Lead NA social media channels by planning, scheduling, and publishing multi-format content and driving community engagement
Update regional websites to ensure tone and messaging reflect brand values while remaining market-appropriate
Execute marketing initiatives tied to industry trends, product innovation, and cultural/sporting moments
Research and activate local collaborations with influencers, academia, and corporate social responsibility programs
Manage regional product launches, including PR, sales toolkits, photography, and segment-specific messaging
Support training for Direct and Independent Reps and lead messaging for OEM 'graded-in' programs
Coordinate local trade shows, networking events, and customer-facing experiences
Spearhead annual trade shows in collaboration with the global HQ marketing team
Develop e-blasts and newsletters aligned with sales objectives and customer journey touchpoints
Analyze website performance and regional search trends in partnership with the UK team to optimize content and product features.
Requirements:
A seasoned marketing professional with over 7 years of experience in B2B regional marketing
A sophisticated understanding of North American market channels and a track record of translating global brand vision into local success
A multi-skilled lead proficient in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and large-scale event coordination
A detail-oriented approach with the self-motivation required to initiate and manage comprehensive communications efforts across North America
