We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive investor acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support deal flow in the real estate (commercial/industrial) sector. This role offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in real estate syndication marketing and a proven ability to target accredited investors.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting accredited investors and expanding brand awareness
Design and refine lead generation funnels tailored to target property sellers and investment audiences
Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns
Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Manage email campaigns, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and drives engagement
Organize webinars and events to strengthen investor relationships and promote company offerings
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media and paid advertising, to maximize reach
Identify emerging trends in the real estate and investment sectors to inform marketing strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and property sellers
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate syndication marketing, with a focus on targeting accredited investors
Strong understanding of investor relations and B2B marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful email and digital marketing campaigns
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a stable career history
Expertise in campaign analytics and the ability to use data to guide decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Nice to have:
Preferred experience in industrial or commercial real estate marketing
Familiarity with webinar and event-based marketing approaches
