Job Responsibility:
Lead the promotion and market positioning of our coffee and beverage portfolio across all domestic channels
Manage the full planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and culinary exhibitions
Drive the end-to-end "Go-to-Market" strategy for all new product developments (NPD)
Oversee all digital marketing, including SEO, website content, social media, and paid campaigns
Partner with the Sales team to create impactful promotional materials and POS tools to drive B2B growth
Identify and manage strategic sponsorships and partnerships that strengthen brand visibility
Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions and business expansion
Requirements:
At least 3 years' brand management or marketing experience (preferably in FMCG)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Analytical skills
Commercial Accumen
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong background in B2B Marketing (Coffee, Beverages, or FMCG), with a focus on the HORECA sector and event management
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
Ability to handle multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively
Experienced in working with external marketing agencies and managing budgets
