We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will help lead the execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across various channels. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistent messaging, strong campaign execution, and measurable results while supporting organizational priorities and community impact.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for organization-wide marketing and communications initiatives, in partnership with senior leadership
Manage and guide a multi-disciplinary marketing team across email, digital, social, and campaign strategy
Lead cross-functional campaign planning and execution across design, video, editorial, social
Own messaging consistency, brand voice, content strategy, and quality across all channels and platforms
Oversee planning, prioritization, budgets, timelines, analytics, and performance optimization for marketing and communications efforts
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including leading cross-functional projects and campaigns
3+ years of people management experience
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to make sound, data-informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and brand judgment
Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
