We are looking for a person to join the Pricing Chapter, to work daily on the Family Squad, where will work with other team members on fixed, convergent and post-paid mobile voice offers. It’s expected that the Marketing Specialist will work closely with several stakeholders in a cross functional team, with a flexible and open-minded mindset. We expect you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, enjoy and promote open collaboration inside the team and be prepared to handle challenging situations.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement the overall pricing strategy for the Family Segment, that include fixed/convergent offers and mobile voice stand-alone post-paid offers
Propose and implement new offers and campaigns with focus on new customer’s acquisition
Monitor business indicators and seek continuous improvement
Monitor market trends to collect data/insights to consider on proposals
Elaborate business requirements to be deliver to IT teams, monitor developments, and manage offer/project implementation with all stakeholders involved
Define business rules and operational procedures for different channels (stores, online, call center assistants)
Requirements:
Master's degree preferred in Management, Economics, or Marketing
Good analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
Results-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy
Sharp problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Customer-centricity focus
Good communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team and capacity to manage multidisciplinary project teams
Knowledge of the Telco business and market, namely products and services provided by Vodafone (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Portuguese and English Language proficiency (spoken and written)
Minimum of 2/3- years of proven experience in a similar role
