This role is suitable for a motivated, experienced, and high-performing B2B marketing professional passionate about developing engaging marketing programs to support brand and commercial goals. Part of the Inizio Ignite Brand & Marketing team, and supporting expert teams across the business, this role will lead and manage marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and fuel business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely across the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns, channel tactics to build brand equity, market engagement, and client acquisition
  • Partner with the Marketing Director and internal stakeholders to build an optimized marketing program that supports business objectives across core channels
  • Collaborate with internal team to plan, develop, and implement campaigns, go to market programs, and marketing initiatives to grow target audience engagement and drive interest in priority solutions
  • Align with the client facing teams to build campaigns to support sales enablement and client engagement
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (including agencies and vendors) to ensure seamless execution across channels
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and insights to inform optimization and future planning
  • Support the development and execution of a clear content strategy aligned to Inizio Ignite’s business priorities, brand positioning, and audience needs
  • Own day-to-day content operations, including planning, approvals, and content governance
  • Generate new content ideas aligned to strategic priorities, campaigns, and thought leadership themes
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and messaging standards. Draft and/or edit content where relevant
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder engagement across the business
  • Track and evaluate content performance to inform content planning, optimization, and prioritization
  • Support PR initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Director, working with internal teams and external agencies to plan, manage, and execute PR activities
  • Manage coordination, execution, and performance tracking
  • Ensure strong alignment between earned and paid activity within integrated campaigns
  • Provide flexible, ad-hoc support across additional marketing channels as required, aligned to evolving business priorities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and industry engagements as needed, working closely with internal leads and external partners

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to align diverse internal and external stakeholders around shared objectives, priorities, and timelines
  • Energetic, driven, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the flexibility to take on new responsibilities as business needs and priorities change
  • Solid understanding of the variety of marketing channels and tactics
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across asset types, including written content, deck presentation, and other rich content formats
  • Confidence in briefing activities internally and externally with clear and concise direction
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver at pace
