This is a senior, hands-on marketing role for someone with real agency experience—ideally from a respected marketing, branding, or creative agency. You will work directly with the Chief Creative Officer, shaping and executing G&A’s marketing strategy across brand, content, campaigns, PR, and thought leadership. You’ll be equal parts strategic thinker and doer—comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows how marketing actually works in the real world.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute G&A’s marketing strategy in close partnership with the CCO
Help evolve and protect the G&A brand across all touch points—confident, considered, and creatively distinctive
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across channels
Lead the creation of compelling marketing content: case studies, thought leadership, campaign narratives, presentations, and digital content
Work closely with internal creative teams to translate complex work into clear, engaging stories
Identify and develop strong editorial angles around G&A’s work, people, and perspectives
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web
Oversee G&A’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms—strategic, not noisy
Track performance and optimize campaigns based on insight, not vanity metrics
Support PR initiatives, press outreach, and media relationships
Manage awards submissions and industry recognition efforts
Help position G&A leaders as visible, credible voices within the experience design and cultural sectors
Partner closely with Business Development, Creative, and Leadership teams
Manage external partners, freelancers, or agencies as needed
Bring clarity, momentum, and high standards to everything marketing touches
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within a notable marketing, branding, or creative agency
Proven experience marketing professional services, creative work, or complex offerings (especially in a start-up environment, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute)
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver marketing initiatives end-to-end
Experience managing a small team/junior team members
Strong strategic thinking paired with practical execution
Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment
Confident communicator who can work directly with senior leadership
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities/projects
Taste. Judgment. A healthy skepticism of buzzwords
Nice to have:
Experience in architecture, design, cultural, or experience-driven industries
Familiarity with awards programs, PR processes, and thought leadership platforms
Experience collaborating with creative teams and leadership in agency environments
