Job Responsibility:
Conduct market research and analyze current trends to deliver actionable insights on pricing and consumer behavior to the management team
Formulate and execute targeted marketing plans within the approved budget to reach desired market segments
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives
Oversee public relations and promotional efforts for key initiatives, including project launches, exhibitions, and internal events
Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing communications aligned with business objectives
Assess market conditions, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to recommend effective product marketing strategies
Requirements:
Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years specifically in Sales & Marketing roles within industrial development projects
