Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage newsletters, case studies, and success stories to showcase client achievements and organizational impact
Create and oversee promotional content for client-facing events, including workshops, accelerators, and member gatherings
Design and implement targeted campaigns to promote in-person and virtual training programs, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness
Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and reengage former clients
Ensure all marketing communication aligns with the company's mission and maintains its high-quality brand standards
Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, conversions, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
Promote and monitor referral programs to increase member-generated leads and ensure exceptional client experiences
Drive sales of one-off or bundled onsite training services through impactful marketing strategies and campaigns
Support member upgrades by creating campaigns that encourage transitions to higher-level or long-term programs
Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and attendance at events to refine marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within detail-oriented services, healthcare, or education sectors
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid social media, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on direct-response marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize results
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects
