Job Responsibility

  • Strategize and execute multi-channel online campaigns, including email and digital placements on proprietary and partner platforms, specifically tailored to engage diverse cultural audiences
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral and sales tools to empower direct sales teams and support industry events, driving widespread brand adoption
  • Craft compelling marketing copy for both business and consumer-facing platform sections, collaborating with design teams to ensure visual assets authentically resonate with diverse cultural nuances
  • Serve as the primary analyst, compiling, scrutinizing, and presenting performance metrics to identify market trends, optimize campaigns, and inform critical investment decisions and leadership reporting
  • Cultivate and manage daily interactions with content creators and partners within the diverse cultural music ecosystem, ensuring all projects align with broader growth strategies and engaging regularly with senior leadership
  • Demonstrate strong ownership by defining and prioritizing your workflow across organizational boundaries, ensuring all strategic discussions and leadership syncs are data-backed and action-oriented

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated professional background and deep expertise working within US Hispanic and Latin music markets
  • Strong analytical proficiency with proven experience in data analysis, utilizing metrics to justify marketing spend and demonstrate project ROI
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across creative, sales, and executive leadership teams
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
