We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of driving demand, increasing visibility, and supporting revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of services. This role will work cross-functionally with sales and operational leaders to bring targeted campaigns to life and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can think big-picture while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Job Responsibility:
Create and lead marketing initiatives that support regional growth objectives and expand market reach
Shape and maintain a cohesive brand presence across multiple offerings and audiences
Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and support business development efforts
Partner with sales to build actionable marketing plans that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue
Coordinate and execute events such as industry conferences, virtual sessions, and client-facing experiences
Assist with launching and supporting new partnerships or market expansions
Monitor campaign performance, using data to refine strategy and improve outcomes over time
Own and manage marketing spend, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently
Facilitate regular check-ins with stakeholders to review progress and adjust plans as needed
Help guide and support junior team members as the team evolves
Requirements:
Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B or services-oriented environment
Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and support sales conversations through marketing efforts
A self-starter who can operate independently while staying aligned with broader team goals
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (platform-agnostic experience is fine)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, events, or team collaboration
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Several years of experience in a marketing role with increasing responsibility
Track record of supporting growth through regional or field-based marketing efforts
Experience working across teams and managing external partners or vendors
Exposure to complex or multi-service organizations is helpful but not required
