The primary mission of the Marketing Manager is to lead the marketing initiatives for a B2B building products manufacturer. This role will directly contribute to the growth and profitability of both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibility:
Graphic Design: Design and update all print collateral to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal
HubSpot Management: Execute automated campaigns and build performance dashboards to optimize customer engagement
Website & SEO: Manage site content, blogs, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and user interaction
Social Media: Oversee platform scheduling and community management to strengthen online presence
Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality sales and instructional videos
Merchandising: Design and refresh showroom displays and sales tools to showcase products effectively
Sales Enablement: Create impactful presentations and tools to support the sales team
Trade Shows: Coordinate booth design, logistics, and on-site execution for brand events
Technical Marketing: Maintain product spec sheets and develop CEU programs for architects
Project Support: Execute ad-hoc marketing and sales initiatives as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum High School Diploma)
2+ years in a marketing-focused role
Proficient in interpreting architectural specs, drafting professional reports, and presenting to clients via phone, Teams, or in person
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
