Job Description:

Based in Washington, District of Columbia, the Marketing Manager role will lead strategic initiatives, create impactful campaigns, and drive promotional efforts for the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams and offering creative marketing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the organization’s portfolio
Design and implement campaigns aimed at achieving or exceeding established performance goals
Write engaging and persuasive content for a variety of marketing materials
Identify target audiences using historical data and demographic insights to optimize campaign reach
Oversee production timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule
Provide guidance on branding and creative direction for promotional assets
Create and manage automated campaigns to support organizational programs
Update and maintain web pages to ensure content is accurate and impactful
Offer budget recommendations for promotional activities to maximize return on investment
Collaborate with internal departments to cross-promote memberships, products, and services effectively

Requirements:

Proven expertise in developing and managing email marketing campaigns
Strong proficiency in digital marketing and campaign planning
Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot
Exceptional writing and communication skills for creating compelling marketing content
Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
Experience in managing production schedules and adhering to deadlines
Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Familiarity with web content management and page updates
