Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our business partner which is a leading company operating in the field of laboratory instruments, life sciences and biotechnology, with strong global connections.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy with General Manager and Executive Committee
Track and analyze customer data via CRM and ERP tools
Oversee the planning and execution of social media content and engagement
Organize participation in congresses, fairs, and sector-specific events
Manage digital marketing channels including newsletters, website content, and online campaigns
Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance through analytics and KPIs
Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, including sales, technical, and product teams
Share regular, data-based marketing performance reports directly with the General Manager
Support initiatives regarding digital transformation and process improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical, Genetics)
Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
Solid knowledge of social media management and digital marketing practices
Experience in organizing trade shows, congresses, and similar events
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from data
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Residing in Istanbul
