Lead and champion the innovative Marketing strategy for the H.R. Owen business and elevate our brand in the world of luxury automotive. Play a pivotal role in shaping the Marketing strategy and plans for the business and our iconic marques. Ensuring a consistent influx of quality prospects for our sales team, fostering loyalty among existing customers in both sales and aftersales, identifying additional sales opportunities, and enhancing the value of our marques and the H.R. Owen brand.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans in alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies
Create and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target HNW audience, leveraging various channels such as digital, social media and experiential
Plan and execute high-quality events to generate suitable prospects, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, loyalty, and advocacy
Ensure events adhere to compliance and safety guidelines, as well as brand standards
Safeguard and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Establish and nurture relationships with key strategic partners to amplify business/brand visibility
Effectively manage the marketing budget, recording and reporting on ROI
Allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum impact
Utilise the H.R. Owen and manufacturer partner CRM systems and marketing tools to gain insights from data and activate targeted campaigns
Collaborate with the Group Marketing Team for optimal results
Manage relationships with Manufacturer teams, positioning H.R. Owen as a key partner in brand-building activities
Uphold our brand as a leader in the automotive industry
Requirements:
Previous Marketing experience at a management level
Ability to take ownership of role, multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems
Strategic thinker with a creative flair and strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with capability to adapt style to diverse audiences
Excellent management, planning and organisational skills
Able to produce and manage marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Passion for and understanding of the luxury industry
Able to recognise excellence
Basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with
Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company
