Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the property. Increase the profile of the property through the development of a network of sponsors, stakeholders, and patrons. Organise the hotel’s marketing activities and manage relationships with official and private organisations, the press and community. Ensure and control implementation according to contracts. Monitor services delivered in the facility according to the texts in the catalogues. Ensure promotion of the facility. Monitor the operations of meeting groups within the facility through sales representatives. Assist the Accounting Department in collecting agency receivables by working in coordination with the Accounting Department. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of experience in the related field
Fluent English and other languages
Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests and employees
MS Office applications
Good command in more than one area in the related field
Knowledge of competitors, the market and macroeconomic concepts
Sufficient level of experience related to the region worked in
Expected to foresee guest needs and expectations and carry out activities in this direction
Expert level knowledge of all related products and services
