Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy & plan for Israel to drive regional business growth and maximize ROI
Manage Taboola’s event calendar in Israel, including exclusive C-Level events, product launches, and industry sponsorships (from planning and negotiation to registration and on-site management)
Design and execute initiatives to reduce churn and increase loyalty, including managing holiday gifting campaigns, executive milestone gifts, and ongoing merchandise management
Plan and execute a diverse mix of online and offline programs such as educational webinars, seminars, breakfast meetings, and hands-on workshops
Translate marketing activities into meaningful reports using Salesforce and QlikSense to enable informed decisions and resourcefully optimize the regional budget
Drive PR and communication efforts in collaboration with our PR agency to drive brand awareness
Support the Sales team with localized marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations for speaking engagements
Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences
Requirements:
Native Hebrew – must
Native / Fluent English
4+ years of experience owning and leading marketing strategies in a B2B company (experience from the online media space – a plus)
Proven experience in event management
Deep understanding of both offline and online marketing channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively
A creative, solution-oriented mindset, with the drive to take initiative and continuously improve
Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well both independently with a high degree of autonomy and in a cooperative, diverse group
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and QlikSense is a plus
