Job Description

This role is for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our Arrive A&D team in China. The purpose of this role is to lead our brand growth, act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, architect our B2B communication strategy, and be the lead analyst for market trends. As a key leader, you will support our sales and product teams by blending creative advocacy, event leadership, and analytical rigor. This is a unique opportunity to position Arrive as a market leader and have a significant impact on the future of mobility in the Chinese automotive market.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead brand growth and act as the primary guardian of our brand identity
  • Architect B2B communication strategy
  • Be the lead analyst for market trends
  • Support sales and product teams by blending creative advocacy, event leadership, and analytical rigor
  • Act as a lead spokesperson for Arrive A&D China, building and maintaining a high-tier network of automotive, tech, and business media contacts
  • Adapt global Arrive and A&D messaging to the Chinese automotive market
  • Direct strategy for digital channels and industry press releases
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for major events and partner-specific launch events
  • Drive the Step 1 to Done process for joint marketing initiatives
  • Perform monthly China OEM sales analysis to identify trends, market shifts, and new business opportunities
  • Design and deliver a high-quality monthly email newsletter for B2B customers and media partners
  • Partner with global counterparts on the Sales Management Tool (CRM) to localize, segment, and manage email lists

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, specifically within the China Automotive/OEM or Tier-1 Supplier sector
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, experience with digital marketing methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to translate complex sales data and market research into clear, strategic reports
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with native-level Mandarin and professional-grade English
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an MBA is preferred but not required)
