Marketing Manager

• Plan, develop, and execute annual A&P strategies and budgets
• Organize promotional events, festive campaigns, and mall-wide sales initiatives
• Coordinate with tenants for joint marketing efforts
• Oversee social media, digital marketing, and advertising content
• Build and maintain media relationships and partnerships

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in A&P or marketing, preferably in retail or shopping mall industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and event management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
