Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify customer needs and societal needs, and determine how we can meet these needs and contribute to our customers and society
Follow company strategy and time line
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events and consumer relationship
Actively involved and plan sampling activity of the product and track the feedback
Manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, media planning, and performance tracking
Analyse marketing data (e.g., sales reports, social media analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
Understand the brand guidelines and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and website content
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and support lead generation efforts
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management
Identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences
Involve influencers and discuss the strategy
Visit the sales and consumption sites to investigate why consumers buy and use the product, and to understand the challenges and opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Have knowledge of nutrition and physiology
Take on challenges without fear of failure and have the desire to learn and grow from their daily experiences and the people around them
