EMAsphere is a fast-growing SaaS company with offices in Louvain-la-Neuve, Ghent, and Paris. We empower financial decision-makers by giving them access to real-time, reliable, and visually compelling reporting dashboards. Our mission? Help CFOs save time, trust their data, and focus on what matters: analyzing and improving business performance. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong project management skills and a proven track record in operational marketing and team coordination. This role is a mix of operational execution and team & project management, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment where creativity meets accountability. You’ll be part of the management committee and will play a key role in ensuring that marketing actions support the business vision.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute all outbound marketing initiatives from A to Z
Coordinate marketing efforts with Sales and SDR teams
Organize and manage events, webinars, and other lead generation activities
Oversee and optimize SEA campaigns
Manage campaigns (planning, execution, analysis, and optimization)
Oversee CRM and marketing automation initiatives via Hubspot
Ensure proper admin tasks (invoices, database criteria, etc.)
Lead and inspire a small marketing team (1:1s, task follow-up, onboarding, coaching, review….)
Develop a vision for the marketing department
Develop a marketing strategy for awareness, consideration, and conversion across all marketing channels, mediums, and markets
Define and update the marketing roadmap in line with company strategy
Manage and create the annual marketing budget and monitor ROI
Share regular marketing updates and KPIs with the management committee
Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years managing a team
Proven experience in operational marketing, both outbound and inbound
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Confident, assertive, and capable of pushing back when needed
Hands-on and autonomous: you don’t shy away from execution
Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
Mastery of Hubspot and familiar with tools like Asana or equivalent
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus
