Marketing Manager

• Drive high-impact marketing and PR initiatives that elevate hotel's reputation and revenue objectives
• Lead brand-aligned campaigns and activations across social media, public relations, and all other Marriott International approved digital channels
• Champion the Brisbane Marriott brand across all marketing and PR efforts
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives that reinforce positioning as Brisbane's premier business, conferencing, and leisure hotel
• Curate and manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, and more)
• Partner with Marriott Digital Services (MDS) to grow digital footprint and drive guest engagement
• Host and engage media and influencer visits
• Oversee creation of branded collateral and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers
• Evaluate sponsorships and event partnerships
• Serve as the on-property brand guardian

• 2+ years' experience in hospitality marketing
• Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams or projects
• Expertise in social media management, content planning, and paid campaigns
• Proficiency in Canva (essential)
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimisation
• Confidence in creating visual content for digital channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
