Job Description:

The Marketing Manager works as part of the Sales and Marketing team to create and execute property-level communications to customers, enhance the hotel's image, and drive consumer awareness while integrating marketing strategies with sales efforts within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Create and execute property-level communications
Promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels
Build direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns
Drive consumer awareness and preference
Increase market share
Build partnerships with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams
Integrate local, social, and digital marketing efforts with selling strategies

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
Hotel Marketing Experience is essential
Working rights in Australia
