This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive growth through bold marketing strategies, data-driven decisions, and creative campaigns. You’ll own consumer marketing activities end-to-end, working in a fast-paced environment that rewards innovation and impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead growth marketing initiatives for Vodafone Travel eSIM, from acquisition campaigns to retention strategies
Own and co-create consumer propositions and marketing communications, including segmented and time-bound promotions
Manage creative and marketing agencies, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output
Drive consumer insights and competitive analysis, shaping our global marketing calendar
Collaborate across teams – from Commercial, Growth, Partnerships to Digital Marketing – to deliver integrated campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum impact
Support loyalty schemes and CVM initiatives in partnership with specialist teams
Requirements:
Experienced in B2C growth marketing, with a strong understanding of digital services and customer acquisition strategies
Knowledgeable about the travel industry and evolving customer behaviours
Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to turn insights into action
Skilled in working with agencies and influencing stakeholders
Comfortable working in a start-up environment – agile, proactive, and ready to lead change
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What we offer:
Yearly bonus: 10%
