The hiring client is a Global Technology Company hiring for a Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy and drive campaigns for their space in Films & Series specific to the Taiwanese Market.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading all aspects of 360 Marketing Strategy for Taiwanese Film & Drama Titles including launch activation, paid media, social engagement
  • Manage vendors, creative and media agencies closely to execute and deliver top class campaigns for the Taiwan Market
  • Work closely with various stakeholders across different teams including Marketing, PR, Content etc
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to derive insights and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in running 360 Marketing Campaigns for Taiwan Market from strategy development to execution (including Media Planning, Execution across different touch points, Production oversight)
  • Strong experience/exposure working on campaigns for Taiwanese Pop Culture, Entertainment or Gaming scene is highly preferred
  • Strong experience with paid and organic social media
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, insights and translating to creative strategy and campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently and well
  • Strong communication skills
  • English & Mandarin fluency

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Taboola Taiwan and Hong Kong by collaborating with Sales Leadership to drive business growth and maximize both immediate and long-term ROI
  • Own hosted events (e.g. tentpole events, roundtables, seminars) and sponsored industry events (e.g. IAB Hong Kong event, DMA event), from coordinating operations with different internal and external stakeholders, and managing our presence to creating impactful content to drive leads and build awareness
  • Plan and execute customer retention activities including client entertainment events and gifting
  • Generate data-driven insights using a variety of tools and platforms to develop public speaking narratives, white papers, and sales collateral
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 media overseeing PR article production and driving increased media exposure in collaboration with the global PR team and local PR agency
  • Strategically manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Create and distribute engaging content across social media and blogs, working closely with content and design vendors, and ensuring performance metrics are tracked and analyzed
