We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the brand's presence in the Malaysian market. As a sole contributor for Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand equity, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable top-line growth. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, creative problem-solving, and the ability to execute end-to-end marketing initiatives in a competitive retail landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans and brand strategies to drive market share and brand love
  • Champion product innovation and localized menu development, managing the process from concept to go-to-market execution
  • Deliver high-impact 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand positioning
  • Manage P.R. activities and lead external agency relationships (creative, media, and digital) to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to generate actionable strategies for growth
  • Oversee the A&P budget allocation and track ROI to ensure cost efficiency and marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to align on-channel strategies and promotional activations
  • Lead performance reviews and post-mortem reports to provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of marketing experience, within the F&B or retail sectors
  • Proven track record in successful product innovation and leading 360° marketing campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the Malaysian retail dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a sole contributor
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for brand building and lifestyle trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools for performance tracking and reporting
