Job Responsibility
Assist the directors in driving the sales and marketing team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by the management
Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting sales revenue
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property market trends, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies
Lead and supervise the marketing team in planning and executing product campaigns, while providing strategic feedback and performance evaluations
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote property developments, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels
Establish performance targets and KPIs for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
