Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented marketing specialist who can drive demand generation through paid acquisition, digital optimization, and lead nurturing strategies. This role supports growth by improving campaign performance, building effective audience journeys, and turning data into actionable marketing decisions. Based in Dania Beach, Florida, this position works closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct multi-channel paid marketing efforts across major digital platforms, coordinating with agency partners and internal stakeholders to improve lead generation and return on investment
  • Create and maintain performance reporting that tracks campaign effectiveness, budget efficiency, conversion trends, and lead quality for ongoing optimization
  • Run structured testing across ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve response rates and increase pipeline contribution
  • Oversee organic search initiatives by guiding keyword planning, site reviews, and content improvements that expand online visibility
  • Partner with website and brand teams to ensure messaging is consistent and that acquisition channels support broader business goals
  • Design lead nurturing programs aligned to audience segments and buying stages, using automation and customer data to deliver more relevant communication
  • Produce and promote educational marketing assets such as webinars, newsletters, and thought leadership content to deepen prospect and customer engagement

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, including hands-on work in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Demonstrated success managing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and customer segmentation practices
  • experience with HubSpot is preferred
  • Strong analytical ability with experience translating campaign data into clear recommendations and measurable strategy improvements
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with agency partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, Google Ads, paid social, and Google Analytics
