Requirements
Must live on the East Coast with Construction background
7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a start-up or scale-up
proven track record executing localized strategies across the US market
Hands-on across digital, content, trade media, events, lead generation, and ABM — with the commercial instincts to align marketing directly to pipeline
Equally comfortable as a sales team partner and a contributor to a global marketing organization, balancing local needs with brand consistency
Data-driven communicator — strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal ability, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
Thrives in a fast-paced international environment
able to manage competing priorities across time zones and willing to travel up to 30%
